Adorable 3 bedroomed house with solar heated plunge pool and Jacuzzi, in Milkwood Park, Noordhoek. Noordhoek is the village next to Hout Bay en-route to Cape Point, on the other side of Chapman’s Peak Drive, known for it’s large beach with white sand stretching for 5km.

If you stayed in Hout Bay Beach Cottage before, one of our other popular holiday homes, you will know what to expect in terms of quality standards, and special touches! This holiday home is oh so cute and super sunny, happy vibes all around!

The house is perfectly situated in a quiet family friendly suburb in the heart of the South Peninsula, close to two large shopping malls with all amenities, nice restaurants, the vibrant Noordhoek farm village, the spectacular Cape Point Vineyards and 18 beautiful beaches to choose from! Did we mention the penguins at Boulders beach? Only 12km away from the house!

The covered braai area in the backyard has fairy lights for ambiance, and is very private, to enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. Pool chairs to relax and an outdoor table for Alfresco lunches and braai’s.

The kitchen, lounge and dining with tasteful décor are all open plan with doors leading to the garden and pool. There is a 5kw inverter for back up power during electricity outages. This means the lights stay on, WIFI, Fridge, TV’s, garage door and gate motor, alarm etc will keep operating, automatically. There is also a gas stove.

 

 

The home sleeps 4 and is ideal for a small family with children. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen extra length bed, large BIC, dressing table, block out blind, en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Single bed, BIC, Built in desk, block out blind and block out curtains

Bedroom 3: (same as Bedroom 2) Three-Quarter bed, BIC, Built in desk, block out blind and block out curtains

The second bathroom has a bath with shower over bath, toilet and basin.
