LOAD SHEDDING
We have a 3000w inverter to keep indoor and outdoor lights on, WIFI on, TV’s on and some plugs are operational for charging laptop and cellphone batteries etc. We have a gas stove for cooking during load shedding, as well as a Weber braai. Alarm and security systems have batteries and still operate during loadshedding.

SECURITY
The house is situated next to neighbours on all sides and offers excellent security, it has a fully enclosed garden with high perimeter walls with electric fencing, street lights, a full alarm system linked to security company, outdoor perimeter beams all around the house, and even burglar bars on the bedroom windows for extra sense of security. There are many street camera’s in the street monitored by alarm company. There is a street camera pointing at the garage, entrance gate and perimeter wall, which is monitored by the surveillance company.
PARKING
Single garage available for guests as well as off-street parking for additional car. Off-street parking monitored by security company with surveillance camera.
